We all use it, so make it work for you. Interior Design & technology don’t always mix but they have to live together. Design around functionality.
Comms rooms in newer houses are on the rise. This is where the technology hubs are stored & wirelessly accessed throughout the home. Large televisions are focal points of most lounge rooms, so make it a feature with wallpaper, bespoke cabinetry or artwork to make it blend in. Add extra power points in kitchen cabinetry for appliances, & in bathrooms for shavers. Get an extension cord for power near sofas for phone or ipad charging. Have a tray on your ottoman for tv remotes & a cup of coffee. Go with it & make your home easy to live in.
