Colour Consult
$325 Local
Interior or Exterior
Paint colour makes up most of our homes’ colour – so why not get it right!
A one hour consultation at your home where we discuss what colours will work the best with all the finishes you have in your home. This is followed by a written Design Plan including samples where possible gives you a clear direction for your home makeover.
Consider the cost of painting your home… getting it right is worth it!

Mini Design
$495 Local
(outside local incurs a travel fee)
Are you planning small changes in your home?
Do you need to replace your flooring, choose the right fabric for your curtains & how to arrange furniture in your home?
A one hour consultation in your home, selecting all the new finishes & making sure they are the right ones for your home long term. This includes many design ideas of ways to better use the spaces in your home, where artwork should be placed, required lighting, décor selection & just talking through concerns or questions you may have.
Included is a written Design Plan with samples when required to make sure you have all the answers for your renovation or home makeover.
Consider how much it will cost if you get it wrong. Having an experienced opinion is worth the small fee.

Maxi Design
$725 Local
Renovating?? Need help pulling it all together?
Alike the Mini Design, the Maxi Design is to help you with the selection of finishes for your home. This covers over 4 selections, including Design Ideas, Paint Colours, Blinds, Flooring, Lighting & Décor. It’s the best way to know it will all work before the renovation even starts!
Included is a written Design Plan with samples, laying out all the changes to occur. This Design Plan can be handed over directly to tradespeople for quoting or construction.
The Maxi Design covers from 4 to 8 selections, giving you all the answers you need!

Custom Full Design

The Custom Full Design is for a larger project or full house renovation. This allows us to have multiple meetings with both tradespeople & yourselves, along with over 8 selections, to ensure the whole renovation flows smoothly throughout the home. This can be for both Residential or smaller Commercial projects.
Just like the Maxi Design, included is a written Design Plan with samples, laying out all the changes to occur. This Design Plan can be handed over directly to tradespeople for quoting or construction.
The Custom Full Design covers well over 8 selections, giving you all the answers you need!

Hourly Rate

Not sure you fit into any other category & just want to talk it through? I’m happy to meet on an Hourly basis to help.
Project management (running, controlling, overseeing a project & the tradespeople) is at the same hourly cost.

Kitchen Design

Do you need a new kitchen?
Is yours not working the way you need it to, maybe need to move the layout around & add more storage?
Starting with a one hour consultation to discuss what you need & take measurements. You then receive scaled drawings, showing the exact sizing of every part, ready for cabinetmakers or builders to quote from. Perspective photo-realistic drawings are added to show how it will look overall.
This includes a written Design Plan with the colours & detailed. Benchtop, cabinetry, splashback & wall colour samples are supplied where possible for your records.

Bathroom Design 
$895 Local
Are you renovating your bathroom? Want to move things around but not sure if it will work?
I meet with you in your home & discuss what you want from your Bathroom or Ensuite. You then receive scaled drawings of your room with the fixtures in place & perspective drawings of how it will look when you walk in. This includes with the new tiles, wall colours, vanity & lighting.
A written Design Plan is included detailing all the information on the tiles, vanity finishes & selected basins, toilets & tapware.
The same info can be created for a workable Laundry Space, Mudroom, or any other functional area you require.

Commercial Projects
$550 Local Initial Consult
Have a café, office or showroom to design? Or does the exterior of your building need attention?
We start with a one hour consultation to ascertain your plans for the business & what you want it to say to the general public. This may be all which is required depending on the size of the project, but for larger projects I can then organise a quote for my services past the initial meeting. All invoices include GST & can be made to the business name for tax purposes.
Included is a written Design Plan with samples when required to make sure you have all the answers for your renovation or home makeover. It is all created to help you through the renovation with minimal hassle & great results!

Travel

Outside the Albury/Wodonga Area
I happily service the wider Albury / Wodonga region, with many clients in Beechworth, Rutherglen, Yackandandah, Wangaratta, Mount Beauty, Corryong, Corowa, Bright & Wagga.
The Australian Tax Office requirement for consultant travel is .72 per km to & from the site. All pricing is based on Albury CBD at the base, & travel charge I just added to you choice of package above.

You may live out of town but want those paint samples & Design Plan to base your decisions on. Not a problem. With Australian Express Post I can post the flat Design Pack to your choice of Australian address.
